Refund and Return Policy
At Ceiofemall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:

Downloadable software products

Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)
2. The Return Process
Before sending your item back, you must contact us at jessicagni12@inbox.eu to receive a Return Authorization.
Please mail your product to the following address:

Note: Unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at jessicagni12@inbox.eu with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jessicagni12@inbox.eu.
